"The Drama Triangle" is a psychological and coaching model that describes the dysfunctional roles people often play in conflict situations: the Victim, the Persecutor, and the Rescuer. These roles create a cycle of blame, guilt, and dependency, which can be destructive in personal and professional relationships. By identifying and understanding these roles, clients can break free from the cycle and develop healthier, more constructive ways of interacting. The tool helps clients move towards more empowering roles, such as the Creator, Challenger, and Coach, fostering better communication, relationships, and personal responsibility.
